Do I Have to Make a Purchase to be Part of the Rewards Program?

Yes. In order to be part of our rewards program you must set up an account and purchase at least one product. Once you have made your first purchase, you will automatically be part of our rewards program and will not be required to make additional purchases. However, we are certain you'll like our products so much that you'll be back for more.

How Do I Redeem My Rewards Credits?

Your rewards credits will automatically be deducted from your purchase price at checkout whenever you make a purchase. This might mean that you get your next products for free. Once you reach $300 in rewards credits, you will automatically be issued a check for the total amount.

Is There a Limit to the Amount of Rewards Credits I Can Earn?

Is There a Limit to the Amount of People I Can Refer?

No! Refer as many people as you want. The more people you refer, the more money you'll make.

How Long Will I Earn Money Off My Referrals?

You will make money off of your referrals for as long as your account is open and active. There is no time limit.

Why Doesn't My Referral Code Work for Some People?

The referral code can only be used by one person per household. If our system detects that you are trying to use the code more than once per household, our system will deny your account. You can still go ahead and order, you just will not be able to receive the $5 off.

Can My Rewards Credits Expire?

Yes, your rewards credits will expire 6 months after the date they become active in your Himaacala.com account.

How Can I Promote My Himaacala.com Rewards Code?

Post your referral code on Facebook, Twitter, My Space, etc. Email your referral code to your friends and family List your referral code on your blog Pass out cards containing your referral code.

Can I Lose My Credits?

We reserve the rights to close any account and related rewards credits for any reason including spam, fraudulent referrals and codes or intentional misuse of the program.
